Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time After processing, orders are delivered within 7 business days. Total estimated delivery time from order placement is up to 9 business days.

Shipping Cost Shipping is free on all orders to the United States, Canada, and the European Union.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable).

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. EU customers: please note that cross-border shipments may be subject to customs checks.

Customs & Duties (EU) Orders shipped within the EU should not incur additional customs duties. For orders shipped from outside the EU, local import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
