1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers, including those in the United States, Canada, and the European Union. By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. Products We sell physical products. All product descriptions and prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping All orders ship free of charge. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing, followed by up to 7 business days for delivery. Total estimated delivery time is 9 business days from the date of order.

5. Returns & Refunds EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, without providing a reason. US and Canadian customers may return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria for EU customers, and by the applicable laws of the customer's jurisdiction for US and Canadian customers.
